When I first began this semester, the only thing I had ever used Photoshop for was to resize and crop photos for the yearbook. I had very little experience using the tools and brushes etc. in Photoshop. Throughout the semester, I learned how to create negative and positive space in order to copy and paste images. I used this skill with the bear, Mrs. Doubtfire, Dusty, and the grizzly bear sign. I also learned to use the paintbrush, and other tools to select different pieces of an image to change its color. I was able to change Dusty's skin color to match Mrs. Doubtfire's more pale pigment by using this tool. I learned simple things as well, like pushing "shift, T" to select an image, and pushing "shift" so that it wouldn't distort the image when resizing it. Other things I learned to do this semester regarding other projects, was placing an image behind a word or letter by using simple tools in Photoshop.
